Dani is an experienced property manager and business manager with an intimate knowledge of our market in Mississippi.
She is extremely well-connected, and brings a wealth of experience in real estate management and commercial operations to the Garnaco team, having worked for some of the largest rental property managers in Jackson, Mississippi and elsewhere.
Dani manages the day to day operation of our property portfolio in Jackson, MS, sourcing tenants and overseeing rent collections and rehabs.
Lance is a qualified Loan Officer, and currently serves as Branch Sales Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.).
He specializes in hard-to-acquire financing, including sourcing loans for clients with a FICO credit score of 500 and up, as well as VOE only Programs and no credit score programs.
Lance vets prospective buyers for the Path to home ownership Program, working with families throughout their rental phase and helping them to eventually refinance with a traditional home loan.
Leslie was born and raised in Mt. Lebanon, PA. She has been a fully licenced Realtor since 2017.
Her 10 years of sales experience, combined with her desire to impact people on a personal level make her absolutely perfect for her role at Garnaco.
Leslie is responsible for marketing our homes for resale through the Path to Home Ownership Program, as well as sourcing tenants for our long-term rental properties.
Born and raised in Elwood City, PA., Christina has been a fully licenced Realtor in the State of Pennsylvania for 15 years.
With 122 homes sold and over $14 million in sales volume in 2019 alone, no-one knows her market like Christina, and as an experienced and successful investor in her own right she owns and manages a portfolio of over 60 rental properties.
Christina is responsible for sourcing and negotiating all Garnaco acquisitions and rehabs in Pennsylvania.
Jo brings over 15 years’ of corporate experience to Garnaco, having worked with global businesses in the financial services, engineering, construction and professional services sectors.
As a specialist in organizational development, Jo has a track record of successfully designing and implementing company-wide initiatives that had positive and measurable impact on productivity, profitability and stakeholder engagement.
Jo continues to develop systems and processes to optimize Garnaco’s operations, creating value for the company, our lenders and our tenants.
David brings a wealth of experience and astute commerciality to the Garnaco business with over 10 years’ experience as an active investor in the US real estate market.
He has participated in over $20 million of real estate transactions as Principal and/or Advisor, including the successful acquisition, rehabilitation, management and disposal of physical real estate assets and both performing and non-performing real estate debt.
On a day to day basis, David oversees all Group real estate acquisitions, and manages our relationships with the private investors and lenders that support our various housing programs.
